My name is June Malone "I am a London based illustrator with a wide range of styles - comfortably encompassing traditional techniques and digital image processing.

 

Illustrating children’s books is my passion.  I believe it’s more than just drawing something decent, it’s important not to patronise children by making images that are too simplistic. The illustrator should help to tell the story visually, complementing and bringing the written words to life, thus enticing the reader to engage with the storyline.
